Couples therapy is designed to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and better understand one another. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy used to help individuals process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess memories that feel “stuck,” reducing their emotional intensity and impact on daily life. This approach can be effective for trauma, anxiety, grief, and negative self-beliefs, allowing clients to move forward with greater clarity and emotional relief.
