A Little Something Personal

Outside of the therapy room, I believe laughter, authenticity, and real connection matter just as much as clinical skill. I value balance, boundaries, and growth — and I’m a big believer that healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. Sometimes progress starts with feeling understood… and maybe even sharing a laugh along the way. 🌱

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people — their stories, their struggles, and the strength it takes to keep going even when things feel heavy. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals, children, and families navigating trauma, transitions, and complex life challenges. Those experiences reinforced my belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and respected during difficult moments.I’m especially passionate about helping people untangle patterns that no longer serve them, challenge negative self-beliefs, and reconnect with their sense of self. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about creating space for clarity, growth, and meaningful change. Walking alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and confidence is what continues to inspire me to do this work.

The lotus flower symbolizes growth, resilience, and renewal. Rising from muddy waters to bloom beautifully, it represents the ability to heal, transform, and thrive despite life’s challenges — a reminder that growth comes from within
