Bloom From Within Therapy

Hi, I’m Tyra, a licensed therapist and the founder of Bloom From Within Therapy, LLC. I believe healing doesn’t come from “fixing” yourself — it comes from understanding yourself with compassion, patience, and honesty.

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from who they used to be. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, low self-esteem, or patterns of negative self-talk. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — you just have to show up as you are.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I aim to help clients increase self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools they can actually use in daily life. I also value creating a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free — because real change happens when you feel seen and understood.

At Bloom From Within Therapy, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, set healthy boundaries, and grow in ways that feel authentic to you. Healing is not linear, and progress doesn’t have to be perfect. Together, we focus on small, meaningful steps that support lasting change.

Individual therapy provides a one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive and confidential setting. Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, developing coping skills, and addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem. Together, we work toward personal growth, emotional balance, and meaningful change at your own pace.

Family therapy focuses on improving relationships and communication within the family system. Sessions support families in navigating conflict, transitions, behavioral concerns, and emotional challenges while strengthening connection and understanding.
